The BNIF-100 adopts an upgraded dual-chamber system equipped with a 1.0 m³ primary combustion chamber. By maintaining a stable temperature of 1300 °C in the secondary chamber with a residence time exceeding 2 seconds, it achieves nearly smokeless and odorless operation under rated working conditions.

Unlike smaller models, the BNIF-100 is fitted with an upgraded 200,000 kcal/h secondary burner, working alongside a 100,000 kcal/h main burner to deliver exceptional thermal performance and ensure complete incineration of large volumes of medical waste.

What is the difference between the BNIF-100 and the smaller BNIF-50?
The BNIF-100 doubles the processing capacity to 50–100 kg per batch and features a 1.0 m³ primary chamber (compared to 0.6 m³). More importantly, its secondary burner is upgraded to 200,000 kcal/h, providing stronger thermal power for complete combustion of larger volumes of waste.
What are the benefits of a 1300 °C secondary chamber?
High-temperature combustion (up to 1300 °C) ensures full destruction of harmful gases and pathogens, delivering nearly smokeless and odorless emissions under rated conditions.
Can this model switch between diesel and natural gas?
Yes. Our dual-fuel burner system allows you to choose the most available and cost-effective fuel without interrupting the incineration process. Diesel consumption is 15–28 kg/h, and natural gas consumption is 20–39 m³/h.
Does the system require complicated on-site installation?
No. The BNIF-100 is mostly pre-assembled at our factory. You only need to install the chimney (6m × 273mm) and connect power and fuel supplies. We provide detailed video instructions and remote commissioning support.
What voltage does the BNIF-100 support?
The standard configuration supports 380V 3-phase or 220V 1-phase. We also offer customization for different local voltage requirements (e.g., 440V, 415V).
What are the maintenance requirements for the refractory lining?
We use high-alumina bricks rated at 1500 °C, which are extremely durable. A basic inspection every 6 months is recommended to ensure long-term stability.
Can this model handle plastics and sharp items?
Yes. It is designed to safely dispose of infectious waste, including plastics, bandages and surgical sharps, with a volume reduction rate of over 95%.
