What are the benefits of a 1300 °C secondary chamber?

High-temperature combustion (up to 1300 °C) ensures complete destruction of harmful gases and pathogens, providing nearly smokeless and odorless emissions under rated conditions.

Can this model switch between diesel and natural gas?

Yes. Our dual-fuel burner system allows you to choose the most available and cost-effective fuel without interrupting the incineration process. Diesel consumption is 15–30 kg/h, and natural gas consumption is 20–42 m³/h.

How does the BNIF-200 compare to the BNIF-100?

The BNIF-200 increases the primary chamber volume by 50% (from 1.0 m³ to 1.5 m³) and doubles the batch capacity to 100–200 kg. The feeding port is also enlarged to 800 × 980 mm for easier loading of bulky hospital waste.

Does the system require complicated on-site installation?

No. The BNIF-200 is mostly pre-assembled at our factory. You only need to install the chimney (6m × 325mm) and connect power and fuel supplies. We provide detailed video instructions and remote commissioning support.

What voltage does the BNIF-200 support?

The standard configuration supports 380V 3-phase or 220V 1-phase. We also offer customization for different local voltage requirements (e.g., 440V, 415V).

Can this model handle pharmaceutical and industrial waste?

Yes. In addition to medical waste, the BNIF-200 is widely used for pharmaceutical production waste, laboratory chemicals, and general industrial hazardous waste requiring high-temperature destruction.
