The BNIF-300 adopts an industrial-grade dual-chamber system with a 2.5 m³ primary combustion chamber. By maintaining a stable temperature of 1300 °C in the secondary chamber with a residence time exceeding 2 seconds, it achieves nearly smokeless and odorless operation under rated working conditions.

The BNIF-300 is designed for large general hospitals with more than 1,000 beds, municipal medical waste treatment centers, and multi-institution healthcare networks generating 200–300 kg of medical waste per batch. It is also widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and veterinary disposal projects.
What are the benefits of a 1300 °C secondary chamber?
High-temperature combustion (up to 1300 °C) ensures complete destruction of harmful gases and pathogens, providing nearly smokeless and odorless emissions under rated conditions.
Can this model switch between diesel and natural gas?
Yes. Our dual-fuel burner system allows you to choose the most available and cost-effective fuel without stopping the incineration process. Diesel consumption is 18–32 kg/h, and natural gas consumption is 25–45 m³/h.
How does the BNIF-300 compare to the BNIF-200?
The BNIF-300 increases the primary chamber volume by 67% (from 1.5 m³ to 2.5 m³) and upgrades the secondary burner from 200,000 kcal/h to 250,000 kcal/h. The feeding port is enlarged to 920 × 1150 mm, and the blower is upgraded to 0.75 kW for stronger air supply.
Does the system require complicated on-site installation?
The BNIF-300 is mostly pre-assembled at our factory. You only need to install the chimney (6m × 377mm) and connect power and fuel supplies. We provide detailed video instructions, installation drawings and remote commissioning support.
What are the maintenance requirements for the refractory lining?
We use high-alumina bricks rated at 1500 °C, which are highly durable. A basic inspection every 6 months is recommended to ensure long-term stability.
Can this model handle pharmaceutical and industrial waste?
Yes. In addition to medical waste, the BNIF-300 is widely used for pharmaceutical production waste, laboratory chemicals, animal carcasses, and general industrial hazardous waste that requires high-temperature destruction.
