Product Highlights
High-Efficiency Smokeless Combustion
The BNIF-500 adopts an industrial-grade dual-chamber system with a primary combustion chamber volume of 2.6 m³. By maintaining a stable temperature of 1300 °C in the secondary chamber with a residence time exceeding 2 seconds, it achieves nearly smokeless and odorless operation under rated working conditions.
Powerful 300,000 kcal/h Secondary Burner
The BNIF-500 is equipped with a 100,000 kcal/h main burner and a high-output 300,000 kcal/h secondary burner, delivering exceptional thermal intensity. It can completely incinerate 300–500 kg of hazardous waste per batch without residual pollutants.
Industrial-Grade Waste Disposal (300–500 kg)
With a processing capacity of up to 300–500 kg per batch and an extra-large feeding port of 1100 × 1300 mm, the BNIF-500 is specially designed for municipal waste treatment plants, industrial parks, and centralized medical waste treatment facilities serving an entire region.
Environmental Compliance
Fully compliant with GB 18484-2020 (equivalent to EU and EPA standards). Its advanced emission control technology ensures safe and pollution-free operation in urban or residential areas.
Heavy-Duty Industrial Construction
Constructed with high-aluminum refractory lining and 16,000 kg reinforced steel, with overall dimensions of 3.0 × 2.0 × 4.8 m. The upgraded 1.5 kW blower and semi-automatic PLC system provide reliable performance under the most demanding continuous operating conditions.

FAQs
What types of facilities need the BNIF-500?
The BNIF-500 is specially designed for municipal waste treatment centers, industrial parks and centralized medical waste treatment facilities with a processing capacity of 300–500 kg per batch. It is the preferred solution for district-level or city-level waste management projects.
What are the benefits of a 1300 °C secondary chamber?
High-temperature combustion (up to 1300 °C) ensures complete destruction of harmful gases and pathogens, delivering nearly smokeless and odorless emissions under rated conditions.
Can this model switch between diesel and natural gas?
Yes. Our dual-fuel burner system allows you to select the most available and cost-effective fuel without stopping the incineration process. Diesel consumption is 20–35 kg/h, and natural gas consumption is 28–49 m³/h.
How does the BNIF-500 compare to the BNIF-300?
The BNIF-500 upgrades the secondary burner from 250,000 kcal/h to 300,000 kcal/h, enlarges the feeding door to 1100 × 1300 mm, and doubles the blower power to 1.5 kW. The total weight is increased to 16,000 kg, and the chimney is upgraded to 10 m × 426 mm for superior exhaust performance.
Why does the BNIF-500 use a 10-meter chimney instead of 6 meters?
At this capacity level, a 10 m × 426 mm chimney provides stronger natural draft and better flue gas dispersion, ensuring optimal combustion efficiency and meeting emission height requirements in most countries.
What voltage does the BNIF-500 support?
The standard configuration supports 380V 3-phase or 220V 1-phase. We also offer customization for different local voltage requirements (e.g., 440V, 415V).
Can this model handle pharmaceutical and industrial waste?
Yes. In addition to medical waste, the BNIF-500 is widely used for pharmaceutical production waste, laboratory chemicals, animal carcasses, and general industrial hazardous waste that requires high-temperature destruction.
What after-sales support do you provide?
As a qualified manufacturer, BNTET provides 24/7 remote technical support and maintains sufficient inventory of original burner spare parts for prompt delivery. For large-scale projects such as the BNIF-500, we also provide on-site installation supervision and commissioning services.
